Premium Features
Advanced readings, unlimited consultations, and detailed reports are available through our premium plans.
Refund Policy for Paid Services
Premium Subscriptions
Refunds for premium subscriptions may be considered within 7 days of purchase if:
You experienced technical issues preventing service access
The service did not meet the described features
You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
Future Paid Features
If we introduce optional paid features in the future, standard refund policies will apply to those specific services only. Our core AI astrology service will remain free forever.
No Refunds Policy
Important Notice
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
AI Limitations: Our AI may not always provide perfect predictions. This is the nature of AI technology and not grounds for refund requests.
Accuracy Disclaimer: Astrological predictions are for guidance. Variations in accuracy are expected and normal.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind about the service.
Subscription Renewals: Auto-renewed subscriptions that you forgot to cancel are not eligible for refunds after the grace period.
Exceptional Circumstances
In very rare edge cases, we may consider refund requests if:
There was a clear technical malfunction that prevented service delivery
You were charged due to a system error or bug
